Online courses, how to start?

Hello!
I run a YouTube channel where I post C# lessons, but more and more often I see that people are still looking for courses to understand programming. Personally, I think the courses are pointless because a lot of the material on the Internet is free.

So, I decided to try to make paid courses online, but it's not entirely clear how to arrange it all.
For example, I will broadcast every Saturday at some time, but I want that only those who bought a "ticket" could go to the broadcast, or for example, that those who did not buy a "ticket" had only 20 minutes of time on my broadcasts.
1) Do I really need to make my own website to implement this? Are there services similar to twitch, but with the "Paid content" function
2) It is desirable that everyone who bought a ticket at any time could go to the page and review the recording of the stream, and who did not buy still has only 20 minutes for each broadcast

@BashkaMen

1) there are a lot of services for webinars
2) https://vimeo.com/ondemand/startselling
But you make the mistake of thinking that those who are looking for courses are planning to buy them. Most download from a torrent.
Why are you not satisfied with youtube monetization? You can add a patreon.
There are channels on this topic with an income of $10k+ per year (only from youtube ads without other means of video monetization). I do not think that without significant investments in advertising, courses can raise more.
Give a link to your channel.
