OneShot does not see root rights, how to fix it?

The script asks for root but doesn't ask for it. After running the command:
"sudo python oneshot.py -i wlan0 --iface-down -K"
The console replies:
"No superuser binary detected.
Are you rooted?"
After that, a request for root rights should occur, but nothing happens. In the super su application, there is no possibility to manually issue rights to the termux, as well as to any other application.
