One-way synchronization 1C

Good afternoon!
We have a 1C base (file), installed at the checkout of the store. Another computer is connected to the same database, through a shared folder, balances and prices are checked on it (new data is not entered there). Because the configuration is complex, checking the cost from a remote computer takes a long time, while at the checkout itself it happens almost instantly. And so a question, whether it is possible to synchronize bases somehow? Those. a sale is made at the checkout, the goods are accordingly written off from the balances, after a small amount of time we see in an additional place that the sold size is not on the balances. While I managed to play around with SyncToy, when adding a check, she sees that the changes have passed, but she cannot update. Maybe someone faced such problems? It is advisable to solve the problem at the level of the system administrator (1C-nicknames are now very busy).
Thank you!

Put a patch for the seven to make a term out of it, usually called termserv and live in peace.

1C version 8.x has a mechanism for exchange plans, and if you use a typical configuration, most likely there is a "Full" exchange plan, which, with which you can create copies of databases (that is, you can create somewhere some kind of database replicated from the first ), the standard ones most likely also have such directories as "Data exchange settings" (roughly, the exchange method is set: via a file share, FTP, etc.) and "Data exchange execution settings" (automatic exchange schedule, exchange by events, etc.) etc.) It is better to read more in the documentation for your configuration.

What version of 1C (7.7, 8.x) and configuration (TiS, UT, Retail)?
The option with the server (1C and/or terminal) is not considered?

1C 8.1 works on windows 7, so there is no way with the terminal. Does she already have an exchange set up with the central base (UT), or can I add another exchange?

What kind of nonsense, why synchronization and exchanges, if the necessary actions are performed instantly at the checkout, then at another workplace it should be performed a little slower than instantly. Look for a problem, maybe a network. also try to completely clear the 1C cache at the workplace, where it works slowly (in retail stores with a file database, clearing the 1C cache sometimes increased performance).
