One site per user, mandatory security rule?

Server under vestacp. Sites are owned by one person.
There are a lot of WordPress on the server, there may be vulnerabilities, hacking through plugins, etc.
If a separate user is created for each site, does this provide more security?
Will it prevent infection from penetrating other sites?
Or by default it does not guarantee anything?
It's just more difficult to manage many users than when there are several users who have groups of sites on them.

And where are users created, in vestacp or in the system?
How are users limited among themselves or are they only for managing sites in vestacp itself?
You have a very vague question.

Yes. But nevertheless, this is not a serious protection and in no way guarantees security. Here an integrated approach is needed.
Will it prevent infection from penetrating other sites?
Is not a fact.

When 1 site is hacked, the rest will also fall, if your sites are not hacked, then you can score.
If there is a risk, then definitely breed. In any case, I breed sites for different users and groups.
