One API for all. Is such an implementation possible?

Hey!
I tried to design a backend and sketched an approximate scheme. As an example, I took a weather site that acts as a data source. The parser is launched every 3 hours and saves the results to the database. The API makes queries from the database as clients request it. What did you do wrong? Can you please give advice? Thanks))))

Well done, good ideas, but lack of experience. Where is the separate authentication service? As for the API for mobile phones and the bot .... well, these are different apis for sure - they have different goals and different security.
For the pro level - where is the monitoring?)
