To create a template, I need to know which colors are compatible with each other, i.e. for example, blue is suitable for blue, etc., but it is better not to use red. Once upon a time I met the necessary resource and even on the button where you could enter your color in HEX format and then give out other colors suitable for this color, i.e. color scheme (or palette).

I do this - for example, I go to https://dribbble.com/colors/F7E2CF - you see the work with the color F7E2CF. Go to the work you like in terms of scale, there is a plate with a set of colors used.
