On which server can I install the Terminal Server Role?

Greetings! the organization plans to purchase servers, namely:
1. Server 1c + SQL
2. AD server
3. File server - for user files and backups of the database + second domain controller
4. Mail server The
question is - to which physical. server, you can put the role of the Terminal Server, so as not to buy another server purely for this role? I read that it is not recommended to install on a 1s server, as well as on a server with a domain controller

I read that it is not recommended to install on the 1c server
Can you link where it is written? Or at least what arguments? All my life we have installed 1C on a terminal server and everything is fine.
Here on AD DC it is not necessary to shove anything superfluous (except for DNS).
I recommend to virtualize absolutely all servers (then two physical hosts will suffice). But it's up to you.
1st host: (AD), (RDS + SQL + 1C);
2nd host: (AD), (mail), (file)

to the AD server in the virtual machine, to the file server in the virtual machine
In general, we don’t know which one is more powerful and how many users there will be

1. And what kind of mailer and what for to keep it at home? It is much more reliable and economical to give it to the cloud. Even if a ready-made service does not fit, then a ready-made VPS is much more reliable than its server + oops + backup channels
2. AD + DNS - always separately - you can use virtual machines on both hosts (if the hosts are not entered into the domain)
3. RDS + 1C
4. SQL
5 . file
6. backup - a separate piece of hardware, the same qnap or something similar, with access only for admins

Why do you need him? For 1C + SQL, it is not needed in most cases.
