On which engine is it better to make a catalog of workshops with online recording and a personal account for a watchmaker?

Hello! Dear professionals, tell me please. I won’t describe the whole idea, in terms of usability in detail:
1. The visitor enters the site, finds the nearest workshop on the map, goes to the page where there is info, which master can do what, reviews on him and an online calendar for recording. Recorded - SMS falls to him.
2. The master enters the site - registers, posts a photo, a price list and waits for an SMS, as soon as the SMS has dripped, he has info on how much and for what need a client will come to him.
3. What is the best way to implement such a project? on what engine? Perhaps someone has already tried to build a business with shoe and watchmakers? I will be grateful for any help!
P.S. on which engine is it more convenient to embed a google calendar for recording or maybe there are some more specialized analogues?
