Most of the question is in the title… I want to write something, and Yii is the most used tool.

PS I am writing a CMS in Yii (and this is not just another set of controllers and models), it is almost ready and all my ideals are embodied in it (and regarding the admin panel too), I am making the code open, I should finish it soon. Maybe it's worth a little time and talk about the CMS itself? I wrote this add-on because many people have written about the backend...
