On what to write the program for school?

Hello,
There was a task to write a program for the study of electricity for a school physics class.
The question is, with what help to implement?
The most important thing is that it should run everywhere on all computers in the class.
I have good experience in unity, so the choice immediately falls on it, but I feel it’s not so simple that
the minimum requirements for unity are win7 sp1, let’s say they will be in schools (ours is), what difficulties may arise during installation and launch on school computer if done on unity???
And tell me an alternative to unity please. I understand that a browser-based solution would be easier in terms of deployment, but unfortunately there is almost no javascript experience, as well as time to learn it from scratch.
