On what to draw a nubu in Illustrator?

Working with a less good A4tech X7 mouse turns into a living hell. Used a dollar stylus with a 6mm rubber pen on an ultrabook with a 15.6-inch capacitive screen, the feeling is not pleasant. The network is teeming with bluetooth styluses for working with apple products (I'm going to buy Ipad Mini closer to December), IMHO with wild price tags if we take graphic tablets as a comparison.
What to give preference to meet a possibly temporary need:
1. A good mouse from the new Logitech G ser collection. up to $80
2. Bluetooth stylus with subsequent drawing on Ipad up to $100
3. Graphics tablet up to $150

The tablet is unequivocal, for a start you can buy it in the Wacom ozone - it costs about 3,500 rubles + Wi-Fi access 1200, it seems.
