On what to create a car service database?
Available : a) Car service b) White
-
Aypish ESXi c) Intermediate IT specialist without programming skills
2) The ability to add work to the car, indicate their prices
3) The ability to calculate income-expenses for a month, a year. Separately for a car or for all at once
4) The budget is 5 tr.
Simply put, I want to tidy up the bookkeeping of a car service so that it is in the WEB-e. There is an experience of adapting Redmine to the database of a real estate agency, but everything is simpler there. If we talk about Redmine - I can’t quite imagine the levels of entities, except to allocate a project for each car, and the work and details will be tickets - the system does not seem viable.
I would like to hear suggestions on how to cope with the task?

You will not fall into point 4 with anything other than manual accounting in Excel - the budget is completely inadequate for the task ...
To put the bookkeeping in order, you need to hire an accountant.
Why don't you consider using specialized software, for example, 1C?
Only a week ago I installed 1C in a simple car service: Management of a small company + a little refinement.
WEB interface is present.
IMHO, cheaper than writing your own bike.
