You need to administer only 2 blocks on the site:
1) a carousel with product cards, by clicking on the card, go to a separate page with a detailed description, there will be 5 or 6 cards in total, this block must be in the admin panel
2) and a blog, you need the admin to write news and they appeared on the main page in a separate block "BLOG"
Everything else can be left out of the admin panel, the question is where is it easier and faster to implement?
