On what CMS to create a movie site?

Hello. Can anyone give advice on which CMS is better to make a movie site? As I understand it, the best option is DLE, but there is no great desire to give 3k for it.
WordPress is free, but as far as I understand it is very slow.
Haven't looked at the rest yet. I'm waiting for the advice of the guru :)
P.S. Does it make sense to buy templates? Or is it better to download free + finish it yourself. (No time to write from scratch)
