On what and how can I create an online PC configurator?

Good day to all.
Got an interesting question.
For your small business (rather a hack), you need to create a website - a PC configurator (i.e. the choice of mother, processor, video, opera, etc.) There are a lot of PC configurators on the Internet, but it's not clear on what platform they are made .
I would like to know if there are ready-made modules for Django or, if not, then a module for some kind of CMS (OpenCart is acceptable).
And I would also like to hear how best to implement this site. The question is not very complicated, but writing from scratch working with the database, comparisons, etc. no time (for this I'm looking for a semi-finished solution)

The easiest way to do it is with html + js.
Working with the database through a simple server-side API: fetch().
And everything is so simple there that it doesn’t even make sense to look for something ready-made and complex, where it will take much longer to figure it out than to take it and do it from scratch.
