On the local one, and on the hosting another. How to fix?

I'm making a site, on local (via browser-sync) everything is fine, adaptive, etc. But it is worth uploading to the hosting, so there is no adaptability at all (on separate pages) What could be the problem?
I don’t think there is a connection, but maybe it has something to do with the fact that the hosting is on Linux, and I’m on Windows?
Addition:
I'm building with gulp and after building the project, adaptability works fine.
The fact that the menu is not adaptive is normal)

Everything on my phone seems to be adaptive. Have you tried clearing the cache?
