Omnichannel communication with customers?

Good day to all, I think it's my turn to go online.
Briefly about the process: I provide car maintenance services.
I am thinking of implementing omnichannel communication with my clients.
There is no need to have your own website, landing... you need a channel for communication with customers using social networks and instant messengers with receiving messages in one place with the ability to redirect some messages to your partners.
I will try to explain: The client (A) needs to do MOT of his car, he uses VK, in VK he asks to write it down for MOT, I select the date and time and inform him.
The client (B) wants to know the cost of maintenance, he uses the FB, sends a price request to the FB, I redirect the request to my colleague who is involved in the calculations.
The client (B) wants to pick up consumables for maintenance, find out the availability and cost, he uses viber in viber, he sends me a request, I, in turn, redirect it to my supplier partner.
My Wishlist: so that requests from different social networks, messengers of clients come to one place with the ability to redirect some, preferably automatically, to their colleagues and partners. Why you don't need a website in the first place, nothing should be posted there, if only a feedback form, in the second, the site must be supported, and yet social networks and instant messengers will be more reliable and without interruption.
Because I’m not on this topic and don’t know much, so I decided to go to knowledgeable masters and ask if there are any products to put everything into one, or perhaps link one email to all social networks messengers.
Of course, free solutions are preferred.
Thank you in advance for your help!
