Old Lenovo T61 - how to reset the battery controller?

Maybe someone who has come across this, charging has stopped at 67% is not charging or discharging.
I take out the cord from the power supply, the computer is cut off as if there is no battery. I understand that somehow I need to throw off the controller data, but I don’t know how, and I can’t google it.

@Spetros

You need to disassemble the battery, find out the controller model, download software for programming such microcontrollers, find (solder) the programmer, then, using Google and the magic of the Internet, correctly apply everything for its intended purpose and assemble the battery back. Something like this.

By the way, I have the same song on my laptop, but it's not lenovo, but acer. I would like to see troubleshooting.
