Okstore 2.3.0.x doesn't scale images in "About us" articles?

Please tell me where and what to change in the standard template so that in the "About Us" section of the article the inserted images change their scale when viewed on mobile?
As you can see in the photo, part of the picture is cut off.
Or to dig in HTML?
