From the conditions: replenishment, acceptance of payments, withdrawal of funds (plus, there will be the possibility of linking to PayPal)
I would use a Payoneer card, but as far as I understand, regular payments cannot be accepted on this card.
(for example, if the site only allows withdrawal to a visa / mastercard). If I misunderstood, please explain this moment.

I don’t approve of Payoneer completely. I
ordered a card, in general, it didn’t arrive, I wrote to support, saying that it should have arrived, I say no, well, they say we can send you again, write the address of the blabla and highlighted about the expedited delivery for $ 79 ( which left the opinion that they receive a navarchik and didn’t send the card at all)
Well, I wrote to them on their question about sending it again and indicating the address, send it to the same address with regular mail, to which I received exactly the same template message as the previous one. Well, gtfo in general.
I can offer the cash4wm.ru option,
but I won’t say anything about this desk, as far as I remember, they have a foreign card. In general,
the only thing that came to mind. Explore as an option
