Tell me where to get the coordinates of physical. geographical objects (mountains, seas, forests, etc.) We need not just "boxes", but the coordinates by which you can build a framing broken line.

In OpenStreeMap. The site gis-lab.info has daily updated sets of layers for the countries of the former USSR and regions of the Russian Federation in Shape and PostGIS format.
