Obfuscar/confuserEx don't obfuscate the code, what could be wrong?

ILSpy shows exactly the same source code. I changed the .NET version in the application settings to 4.0 and 3.5, the result is the same - nothing changes. Not much info on them.
UPD: With the correct configuration file (or with the rules specified via the GUI), ConfuserEx worked and obfuscated everything well.

Do you want to obfuscate the code for "playing around" or do you want to protect?
Try ILProtector .
The programs that you have listed work well, what are you overlooking, or are watching different files.
