VALUABLE_ACCESS;PHOTO_CONTENT;LONG_ACCESS_TOKEN;GROUP_CONTENT;
but in the response, none of the requested scopes is present in
my request

First you need to get these permissions from our moderators, via [email protected] so that the application has them in general, and only then - request them from the user via OAuth
