The problem is that Wordpress, if you click on a new line, puts a new number, and if you do not transfer, then everything goes in one line and "text" and "more text".
If you do it in an HTML editor, then it all goes astray as soon as you switch to Visual.

You need to edit the CSS. The issue here is styles. Perhaps the first line is indented. Or the marker position is inside.
