npm run watch not working in docker, what to do?

You need to run npm run watch correctly.
Installed Docker on hosting.
Installed npm.
Was able to run the npm run watch command correctly, but doesn't work.
I need the changes in the vue files to take effect.
Everything works correctly on the local server, but not on the hosting.
What else needs to be done so that I can see changes to the files on the site?
