Npm run build can't find module even though it's installed?

Hello!
There is a project, I execute in it: it
npm run build

crashes with an error : I installed
Error: Cannot find module 'terser-webpack-plugin'

this module in different ways, at the end it always gives out:

+ [email protected]
updated 1 package and audited 1347 packages in 8.403s

That is, everything is worth it, but when reassembling, it still gives the same error. What's the matter?
For some reason, there is no folder with that name in the node_modules directory either.
