Npm module is extraneous. How to cure?

The request
npm list
replies that the oracledb module is not connected (extraneous).

npm ERR! extraneous: [email protected] c:\node\node_modules\oracledb

I installed it locally (because there is no Internet on the machine). Just moved the folder with the module.
How to treat it?
