npm hangs when uninstalling, how to solve?

For example, I installed modules and the installation hung at this moment

$ npm i
[            ......] \ remove:parallel-transform: sill remove C:\Users\pc\Desktop\project\gulpCreate\node_modules\parallel-transform

When rebooting, it stops already at another removal of some module. Why is this happening?

Faced the same problem. I activated the built-in administrator account, went under it, transferred the project to the root of the system disk and everything is ok. I think it's a permissions problem
