I've been poking around in the settings and turned it off, I don't understand how.
How to turn Now on Tap back on.
I can't find the answer myself, it's stupid.

Go to the Google app, then Settings, in the Search & Now block go to Voice, turn on Now On Tap, go back, Now Cards, check the same switch.
