Notification that something has changed on the web page (gone)?

Sometimes you change one variable in sass and suddenly on some of the 20 pages something goes wrong.
Question - is there something ready that would notify that there were changes on the n-th page.
It comes to mind - to take a screenshot using selenium and check with the previous screen, but immediately there is a problem with dynamic content that changes (sliders, texts, etc.).
