Notes not syncing on new phone. Why?

New iPhone 7 won't sync notes with other iOS devices. Sync is enabled in iCloud settings. On the tablet example, exactly the same settings are set.
More precisely, notes written on other devices are displayed on the iPhone 7, but notes written on this device are not displayed on the rest.
Tell me what can be the
same PS Apple ID.

I solved the problem by deleting the application and installing it back (fortunately, in the latest iOS you can do this) Thanks for the answers

Check Settings > Notes

• Accounts - your iCloud account should be there
  
• "On My iPhone" Accounts must be off
