NotePad++ - How to set up navigation for comment blocks in css documents?

Friends, how do you set up navigation in notepad ++ when working with css?
Is it possible to configure navigation through comment blocks in the program?
It would be very convenient, because when working with css, my document is divided into parts, the heading of which is a comment.

Reply to your comment:
1 - Install Gulp according to its documentation
2 - Google "gulp scss", find any manual
3 - Usually manuals contain minification, concatenation, and watcher. At this stage, everything will become clear to you.
This has nothing to do with the IDE/editor at all.
