I decided to reset my password through the mail, I entered a new password twice and again the same thing, we sent you a message, enter it, 6 digits
I am writing in support that I do not receive SMS, they ask for an email specified during registration, or a phone number, it was 2014 I don’t remember anymore. And silence, there are no other options.
It turns out that I have access to both the mail and the phone number indicated in the profile, and this is not proof that my account is mine.
What should I do?!

Usually, the TP asks to provide maximum data for confirmation: the date of creation of the approximate account, numbers, what dialogues are inside, if the account is closed, who is in your subscriptions, the history of changed logins, etc. Write to TP, you have no more options if you forgot your mail.
