Not paid for freelancing, what is the best thing to do? (Google play console available)

Good afternoon,
There was an unpleasant situation. I developed an application, and I made a mistake, trusting the client - I posted the application in their account. I don’t even remember what I was thinking about then (it was 07/12/2013). I was never paid for the application, but I still have access to the console. I don't know how best to proceed. Maybe someone has already encountered?
Maybe you can somehow just delete the application, and not deactivate it? Or transfer to your account, and then deactivate it? Because hunting, so that they at least could not distribute apk with the same package name and with my application signature. Unfortunately, the code was not obfuscated before publication.
Or maybe you can contact google play support with this question somewhere?

Приложение разработано для заказа еды в сети кафе «Урюк». Посредником между мной и сетью кафе выступает компания «Айпадайзер». И со слов менеджера из компании «Айпадайзер», они всё никак не могут договориться с кафе о сдаче проекта и о выплате за него. Хотя разработка была экстра-срочной, делалась за 2 недели.
