Not all https have an insecure connection, how so?

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem after installing the SSL of an existing certificate, everything works correctly on all devices for me and the certificate tests on the server pass 100%, and some users write an insecure connection to the domain https://uralplay.ru can you have any ideas?

StartCom's Mozilla and Chrome certificates were banned. If the user has not updated the browser, or manually allowed to use StartCom as a trusted center, then everything will be OK. If the latest versions of browsers, then alas. Until they figure it out among themselves, they will write this. I myself live with this and I think someone would pull up new certificates.

CA StartSSL is dead. RIP
Look for similar posts here, there were at least five of them. Those who open are simply using old browsers where the root lists have not been updated.
