Not a single IncludeComponent component is displayed in Bitrix: how to fix it?

Hello.
A site on Bitrix came to me, hacked with a bunch of viruses. We cleaned the files manually + aybolit from all sorts of eval base_decode24 and other bad things. Cured, the site was moved from the quarantine zone to the normal one.
However, now the output of any component in the templates does not work, i.e. $APPLICATION->IncludeComponent( ... ) constructs are empty. No menus or directory that use this construct are displayed.
There are infoblocks in the admin panel, the data in them is all filled out, nothing has changed. The system check did not reveal any errors. I can’t update the kernel now, because. the license has expired. I didn’t delete the extra code as part of cleaning from viruses, I check character by character with one of the old backups (but the backup is very old, its scan is not considered now).
Tell me where to dig? In what files is IncludeComponent set to work?

In what files is IncludeComponent set to work?

/bitrix/modules/main/*
Specifically,
/bitrix/modules/main/classes/general/main.php
It is desirable to have an exact build according to the version, some features may not be compatible with the kernel.
I would write to tech support.
