Normal lit-ra in C ++ - is there such a thing at all?

Can you please tell me the C++ literature for beginners (my knowledge of scalars, superficial knowledge of arrays and hashes does not help much)?
I watched Stroustrup and Eckel - not quite there for beginners, there is no explanation of the basics (let's say a detailed explanation (for stupid) of the work of arrays, hashes and other things).
Other books from other authors (I have not touched them myself, I speak from reviews from the Internet) are also not particularly aimed at beginners. Everyone assumes already existing experience at least in C.
Is there anything worth reading?

An old book by the Deitels "How to Program in C++". Everything is chewed up like for chicks from an egg
