Non-standard SMS from google about supposedly logging into your account, worry or ignore?

Several times over the past month I received an SMS from google with codes that I did not request, then an SMS that an attempt to log into my account was blocked, but - and this is where the interesting begins - to an account that is completely unknown to me and definitely not my. After receiving the first strange SMS from google, the password from my account was hastily improved, and the verification codes (already requested by me) were safely sent to my number, but the attempts of an unknown person to enter an account unknown to me did not stop. A study of support from google does not mention such cases. I have had this phone number for more than 15 years and is actively used, so I assume that someone, when registering their account, could mistakenly enter the numbers of the phone number incorrectly - and as a result my number turned out, but how to untie the "left" I don't understand the account from my number. What should (and should) be done?

@Kil0Gramm

I think that someone is just joking with you or trying to guess the password
in this case it is better to write to Google support
