Non-permanent 404 error, what could it be?

There is a VPS that hosts several sites. All sites work as they should, except for Bitrix. When entering this white crow, by an incomprehensible accident, a 404 error can fly out, the chance to run into is 30 percent. I did not find patterns, the logs are empty.
Maybe Apache has configured it crookedly (virtual hosts) or is Bitrix twisting something? Website on a subdomain.

Maybe there are multiple A-records in DNS?

Maybe something with the cache? Faced once with such problem. The local cache was enabled, but someone messed up with the settings, and as a result, the cached page went bad faster than the data about it. As a result, sometimes it was possible to catch the glitch you declared. But I found information about the missing page in the logs of the Indian. I don’t know how things are with Bitrix now (I haven’t worked with it for a long time), but check it just in case.
