Noisy coolers in hp dl380 g7 server?

Good afternoon!
I got the hp dl380 g7 server. At the start, it is clear that the purge is underway, the fans are noisy, it is understandable as it should be. Then the speed decreases, but when the system boots (win serv 2012 r2), the speed gradually increases and the server starts to "take off". There is no load on the server. It's set to "optimal cooling" in the bios. ilo version 1.87. What could be the problem?

Well, what about the temperature? Maybe it "winds" that it is heated. If so, then I would suggest: lubricate, blow, change the thermal paste, etc. Although the branded server ... XZ.

See iLo -> Monitoring Sensors -> Sensor Status. If all Fans are in the Normal operating range, then everything is OK.

Faced with greatly increased fan noise on this model, if you forget to install a plastic casing that covers the CPU and memory. Are you worth it? :)

Are there any LEDs on the front side of the server? Usually coolers work hard when there are problems with iron.
