Nodejs Telegram bot on Heroku?

Deployed chat bot on heroku. It works as it should for the first 5 minutes, then it stops responding to commands, after the second deployment the situation repeats.
What am I doing wrong? Is there an option on heroku somewhere?

Let the application make some kind of http-request for itself, once every 2-3 minutes, then it will live. It used to work, I don't know how it works now.
