Nodejs + nginx vs apache + nginx. What configuration is chosen?

The third day I choose the configuration for vps. Can you recommend a more viable one?
Or are there any other options?

I want it to be like with apache. Set up once and it works.

I must say right away that I understand the difference between configurations with or without nodejs. Just wondering which is the most used. Since I did not find up-to-date information, and not from 2015.

Take any. If you have projects for a node, then select it
Nginx + Apache is generally redundant in my opinion, except for special projects
