Node.js: Routing to another application?

Understand how to use the node on the server.
How can I organize routing? I have a root that has several applications, how do I dynamically list them, open a specific application on different requests.
For example:
IP/chat - application 1
IP/site - application 2
IP/API - application 3
Structure:
applications folder
--- application 1
--- application 2
--- application 3
