Node.js and Vue.js?

The problem is this... I
installed Docker on the hosting I
created package.json I

installed npm I
started npm run devit and then npm run watch
Judging by the terminal, everything works.

But the changes made to the vue file are not visible on the site.
Why?
Everything works on Local.

update over time
ps I think so on sites

In the docker container, I hope I forwarded the ports.
