How to eliminate server blocking by the NOD32 antivirus created by browser-sync, without completely disabling the firewall, so that other devices on the local (home) network can access the server?

After incomprehensible problems with the stability of Windows, I personally demolished this antivirus forever. I am not satisfied with freezes and reboots on computers that, before (and after) the antivirus, could work for years without interruption.
So my answer is to remove the antivirus.
