No sound on incoming call. How to fix?

Guys tell me, with an incoming call, the sound disappears.
Let's say I watch YouTube or listen to music. They call me, I turn off the call (do not reject it) and try to watch / listen to something further, but there is no sound. When the caller stops calling, the sound appears. On my old Lenovo, this is not a problem. How to fix it?
