No root device 'block:/dev/disk/by-label/DOROOT'' found What should I do about it?

Here is the complete picture.
Hosted by Digital Ocean, I decided to resize the droplet and the server crashed.
I've been talking with technical support for 2 days, they created an image for me from which I could recover, but something went wrong ... And now I have.
I have ceased to understand them for these 2 days.
What to do? I can't connect via ssh, nothing is written in the console.

Judging by the text of the error, the system cannot find the root partition labeled DOROOT.
And what exactly is "wrong" there - you need to figure out what partitions there are and what is written in the bootloader.
It makes sense to try using a different partition designation instead of a label.
