No connection with gitlab. Where is the mistake?

Installed on the server gitlab works on port 88 (debian axis)
when trying to do any operation with the repository, it gives an error:
Access denied.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Error was found in file: /home/git/gitlab-shell/config.yml
gitlab_url: no port was specified
using git self-diagnosis: sudo -u git -H bundle exec rake gitlab:check RAILS_ENV=production
