Suddenly a bug occurs, after which no changes are saved, whether it be the text in the editor or the module settings, and there is no error just an hourglass (when trying to upload a photo error undefined)

Suddenly nothing happens.
See the console, OPENCART logs, servers,
turn on full error output.
you may be trying to upload the wrong file type/size or have already uploaded
