It seems that this is not a very common constructor yet. It can only be tested experimentally.
You can make similar pages for experiments - with and without it. And then compare through Google PageSpeed Insights.

IMHO, it's easier then to put some builder on Joomla. Many praise Yootheme Pro for its speed. and in terms of flexibility and opportunities for the developer.
